From colleagues to heroes: in a heartening display of solidarity, the members of Italian co-op Formula Servizi have joined hands to support the recovery efforts from the devastating flood that struck the Romagna region last May. White collars, professionals, and even the chairwoman have traded their usual roles for cleaning duties, displaying their unwavering commitment to helping both individuals and businesses overcome the aftermath of the disaster.
While the cooperative’s regular teams were already engaged in emergency response, employees and office people stepped up to fill the crucial gap in the ongoing recovery operations.
The co-op expressed its gratitude in a public meeting held in Bertinoro, where the workers who offered their assistance were handed medals and certificates to celebrate their efforts.
